A LITTLE ABOUT ME
Curiosity started it.
Ownership shaped it.
Business ownership shapes how I lead. I've built and sold a company, and my consultancy has created opportunities to advise founders, take on fractional leadership, and join organizations in direct executive roles.

01 / MY PERSPECTIVE
Why I see business
a little differently.
My career began in systems support, where the first task was always to understand why something wasn't working. That experience taught me to look below the surface before reaching for a solution.
When I founded a business, every decision became more personal. I had to think about customers, positioning, delivery, relationships, and what the company could become. Building and selling that business gave me a perspective I bring to my consultancy and leadership work.
My consultancy connects me with founders and organizations that need help turning decisions into action. I've taken on fractional assignments and direct executive roles when the work required becoming part of the team. In those roles, I take responsibility for decisions, work alongside managers, and help teams put changes into practice.
Those experiences changed how I approach work. I don't see strategy, people, and systems as separate conversations. A good decision has to make sense across all three.
Clarity is a
competitive advantage.
Find the real question.
Get beyond the first symptom. Understand the business decision, customer need, or bottleneck at the center of the problem.
Make ownership clear.
When everyone is involved but no one owns the outcome, progress gets expensive. Assign responsibility that people can actually act on.
Design for real people.
A clever process is useless if it's too complicated to use. The best operating systems make good decisions easier to repeat.
03 / AWAY FROM THE DESK
Still curious.
Just off the clock.
I'm a lifelong technology enthusiast, a music obsessive, and someone who genuinely enjoys exploring places I've never been. Games have always been another way for me to get lost in systems, creative worlds, and the occasional impossible challenge.
I've learned that some of the best ideas show up when you're interested in more than your own industry.
